Troy Pippin

Troy worked for a local janitorial distributor in Nashville for two years before entering the manufacturers representative side of the industry in 1998. Troy lives in Murfreesboro, TN which is located just outside of Nashville and offers great access to the entire state.

Jeff Pease

A graduate of Indiana University, Jeff began his career in the electrical industry, working for Thomas & Betts Corporation where he held positions in sales, marketing and product management.

He was recruited to the electrical industries largest marketing and buying group – Affiliated Distributors (A-D) – as a Regional Vice President. There, he worked closely with distributors and manufacturers with the goal of maximizing purchases and profits through A-D manufacturer members. Additionally, Jeff was instrumental in the development of a unique National Accounts program which was named SupplyForce. This organization (a division of A-D) streamlined the supply-chain process and was instrumental in landing large, multi-million dollar national contracts with Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff’s entrance to the JanSan industry began with his recruitment to Windsor Industries where he held the position of Sr. VP, Marketing and Channel  evelopment. As part of the leadership team, the key goal was to create a strong value proposition for Windsor and their sister companies (Graco, TecServ and ProChem) with the goal of selling the conglomerate.

After fulfilling his contract and assisting in the sell of Windsor (and sister companies) to Karcher, Jeff was recruited to Brady Industries where he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the activities of 7 branches. He was very instrumental in driving consistency in the Brady brand; and, launching private label programs to grow sales and profitability.

In his most recent position, Jeff led the Tacony Cleanmax Vacuum product line as Director of Commercial Sales.

Scott Davenport

Scott has a successful track record in the JanSan industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our agency. He has a varied background holding positions with distribution, manufacturers and rep agencies. He has held sales positions with Flo-Pac, Betco, Veritiv and Murray-Weyand Sales; thus, he has seen all sides of our industry.

Frank Cruz

With over 35 years of industry experience, Frank’s emphasis has been on educating and assisting end-users achieve healthier, cleaner, safer facilities.

Frank started his career in the Jan-San and Food Service market in New York / Metro area as a distributor sales rep (DSR) in 1985. At Joshen Paper, he had responsibility for the equipment and chemical departments.

He joined Cherokee Equipment company in 2004 as a manufacturer’s representative in NYC / Metro Area where he successfully developed strong relationships and grew sales with numerous product lines, many of which were new to the industry.

In 2015, Frank moved to South Florida and shifted his career to manufacturing, joining Vectair as Regional VP of Sales. At Vectair, he was also given responsibility for growing sales in Mexico, Central and South America where he had great success.

In 2022, he joined the British company Spacevac as National VP of Sales where in only two years, he grew sales from $500,000 to nearly $1,500,000. Due to restructuring at Spacevac, Frank decided to get back to the manufacturing rep business which he truly enjoyed.
